Name: One-bite Quiche
Ingredients: 2 roll pie crust; 4 eggs; 1 c. heavy cream or milk; 1-1.5 tablespoons Pinch Dab Dash Monterrey Herbs (or others noted below); ½ teaspoon salt; 1 cup shredded cheese – (Cheddar – sharp, medium, white cheddar, Swiss, or Gruyere are all great in this recipe); 4 strips cooked bacon, crumbled (Can sub out ½ cup diced ham or cooked sausage, add both, all three or omit meat altogether)
