Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil or coconut oil; ½ medium onion, diced; 2 tablespoons Pinch Dab Dash Taste of India blend; 3-4 heaping handfuls of baby spinach; 1 (15 ounce) can crushed; 1 (13.5 ounce) can coconut milk; 2 (15 ounce) cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed; ½ teaspoon Salt; ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper; Chopped fresh cilantro and lime wedges, for garnish (optional)
